Winchester High School's IHL Youth Action campaign is dedicated to educating the student body about International Humanitarian Law, the rules of war. We work closely with the American Red Cross, as we are part of a nation-wide initiative, and our leaders have been trained by the Red Cross. This year's theme is Healthcare in Danger, and it aims to educate people about the conditions of medical supplies and professionals - because the rules protecting these resources are too often ignored. This will be a WIN block assembly open to all students (possibly for extra credit) to teach students about the importance of IHL and Healthcare in Danger.
